You could try Alima pure bronzer! Yes it is loose but it does have a shifter you can close. It’s also matte!❤ Ingredients is clean as well. Also you could also use eyeshadow products to tightline and use the pencil on the outer corner for wing. Urban decay eyeshadow are great for tightlining 😊

Honestly with the eyeliner, I find to stop it from transferring to not line the waterline since it's always wet, and how can something waterproof set if it never dries? So I go on the very outer edge of the waterline and think of it more like filling in between the lashes rather than filling in the waterline (might not be fool proof but worth a shot, maybe it might reduce transfer if only a little bit).
