For the kickstarter set I would love to see classic packs that are hard to get. Look at for Spell Ruler, Soul of the Duelist, Invasion of Chaos, etc. It would be a great way for folks to get a hold of those classic packs. I know some packs are hard to find these days or straight up cost a lot of money

I'm not sure how feasible this would be but here is my idea. For a 100-200ish dollar tier on your Kickstarter you would be guaranteed a random yugioh product shipped (maybe only within the USA because of shipping costs). A couple of randomly selected members of this tier could get a more expensive product, like an older box or special Ed box.
