I just received my dog E this morning and was watching the videos . Thank goodness for your videos Jude. You explain things so clearly and make Dog E look so easy. Which he is, but to some of us whether it is the golden years or just not high tech people, you and your channel are a blessing.

I read the manual a few days ago, and there are ways to access the status meters and games without the app. I don’t remember how to do it, but from what I read, it seems like you can do most things without the app. The only thing you wouldn’t be able to do is name the dog and put custom images in the tail, but other than that, You don’t need the app to use it. When I get one, that’s how I’ll be using mine, because I’m blind, and the app is not accessible at all.

My Bluetooth is finding the dog but the app is unable to find it. If I try to connect it manually, it ask for the pairing key which I did not found anywhere. Can you please help?
