Keep the minivan as sleeper as possible. Don't make the exit from fender, it ruins the surprise. Make the exhaust like it was made on one C-RV, bypass when boost is on, but when just cruising, then full exhaust is used. And put the indicator light on your right. Awesome work!

Lol it doesn't, if the front of the cooler has a really thin layer of paint (so that it barely covers the metal) it won't affect the performance. If the entire cooler is painted, then it's a different story.

The van is coming along guys! Once everything's installed and running I would just keep an eye on that wastegate.(if you were going with tial rep) We had a few customers bring those to us with a couple kits and those tial knockoffs boost creep like a mofo. But then I've seen other ones that were completely fine. Just something to keep in mind. Keep up the good work!!

intercoolers have to be oriented a certain way, because the cold compressed air is much heavier then normal air.

You should do an electric cutout. The cutout can dump out of the fender and when closed, it goes through the normal exhaust out the back.

Nice progress so far and this seems to be a nice base car for such a project. Also I like the way you try to keep the stock look. I can't wait to see how it's gonna look at the end, more exactly how it sound when you have some exhaust, not just a downpipe.

Yo Kyle Where the bumper covers the top of the intercooler you should put a Nitrous express N-tercooler to lower your intake temp and you would never see it. Plus you could add a little spray. You can hide the bottle in the floor compartment and add an electric bottle open and hide all the buttons in a steering wheel audio control buttons.

A Ke30 Corolla how so? shorter piping would allow a shorter flow route. I've run flipped coolers on some of my cars and on dyno have seen no difference in temperature, better flow and better response. Now in saying that i am aware everyones set up is not the same and my car/s were always inline motors so everyone can have different results.

Those replica tials usually leak at the oring, not the bottom one but the top one. Replacing it with a thicker oring fixes it.
