Hi ... i just got the admission in MSIS manipal .i hope you know i will be doing M.tech there .. so can you give the ans to my qustions. 1. Do hostels really get full .. like i got the mail when i applied to book hostel room the mail replied that rooms are full and should look for somw arrangements outside soo i really want a room in the college campus will they provide me with that if i go there and talk in person to them and are NRI ROOMS available till end if they don't get full

Most probably with this score, if you want kmc, you’ll have to come through NRI quota .. its fees is going to be higher than the general quota one
