I picked one of these up on a whim too - I think it was the same you got but can’t recall the name. I’ve also been super impressed by this one and it made its way to my purse as a good multipurpose shade - does go with everything and wears nicely

I think at this point it’s largely because China requires it, so brands have to give up selling in China if they want to go cruelty-free. I definitely wish brands would do that. I’m not saying it’s justified or right, but I can understand why they don’t want to give up a huge market.

I’ll have to look up if it’s the classic L’Oréal lippie scent. I couldn’t do it anymore. I prefer a vanilla or minty scent

i purchased le wood as soon as they released a while back and it’s one of my favorite shades!!! i do want to pick up the 113 admirable neutral pink color and the orangey color towards the end. thank you so much for the swatches. 💜💜💜

Thanks for the swatches, I had the color Admirable, but the scent and formula of this lipstick I didn't like. I thought it was to dry for me, and I couldn't tolerate the smell of it either.

I think I want to try one of these. I picked up a YSL mascara and lipstick during the Sephora sale and this packing although not identical sort of gives me that feel. I’m sure it isn’t as luxurious but it is a similar vibe.

None of these are going to be "my color" so I truly appreciate this video. I am pale with auburn hair and hazel eyes. Thank you greatly for mentioning that they are cool toned. I am so glad you mentioned scent in the product. I bought a different Loreal lipstick that has such a strong perfume scent and a horrible taste that I thought I will never buy another Loreal lip product if they all smell/taste like the one I have! I love the color of it, but just don't like wearing it because of the smell and taste 🤢

I live in a country where we do not have a sephora at all 😅 but on the other hand our drugstores have almost every months 1 plus 1 for free on loreal and Maybelline.😀
