New jazz records AND a special trip to the 2024 Bristol HiFi show

Thanks for the Bristol vid... I went on the Saturday and it was my first ever hifi show as well... wish I'd got into the Rogers room... my favourite sound was the Audio Note 'small' valve fronted system, sounded lovely... Focal, Dali also great, Wilson Benesch breathtaking! Heard lots of stuff for the first time that for years I'd just read about. Got my green Rega bag too but that Aya system sounded so off, there must have been a mistake in the set up; surely they couldn't have put that together and thought 'that'll do'.
