If this were manned aircraft, would they not appear on air traffic control? If they were foreign, Russian, Iranian or Chinese, they would have been shot down, since when does the USA allow foreign aircraft or drones to fly in their airspace? There's only two explainations for this: 1) It is Military and they're just playing stupid not knowing anything when they do. 2) It's non-Human which they will never admit as it could cause world wide panic and the US is essentially admitting there is a power here more powerful than themselves.

I listened to one person say how it was probably a drone company testing them. He sounded very experienced with them but I also seen where this same thing has been happening overseas around RAF base.
