The engineer was Ilsabet Tebasli (her first name is her last name backwards). One of several female train operators in the system. She is now retired. She has an interesting background, including an appearance on a TV quiz show with Bill Cosby. Very nice woman, indeed.

It's always nice when the engineer is friendly... Which, come to think of it, is pretty frequently, from what I've seen. I've had them check to make sure I wasn't waiting for them, warn me if I was too close to the yellow line, and even smile or wave out the window for the camera. Gotta love NJT!

I made a video yesterday and after one train went through another train came and stopped wondered why and apparently my dad knew the driver of it it was NS #1072 heritage unit illinois terminal and he stopped and talk for a little bit then he said bye and drive off the train had a classic horn only if I was recording it
