New John Ashbery books (3 of ‘em!)

Hi! Recently acquired “where shall I wander,” “commotion of the birds,” and “can you hear, bird?” This video is to sort of explain why I’m so hyped!

That is so exciting! What is the copy like? Is it hardcover or paperback? Do you have any other Ashbery books you have been enjoying a lot (or looking for) lately?

@@leafyconcern It’s the same Ecco edition as yours, but hardcover! It’s really nice, and I agree with you that those editions are great. I actually haven’t read much Ashbery but I always buy him when I see him. I’ve read the collection Some Trees and the poem “The Tennis Court Oath” among some random others, all from the first Library of America edition.
