C’mon guys - don’t throw your credibility out the window with statements about the model of guide making your rod more accurate casting (I love Alconites - but they don’t make casting more accurate than any other guide) and Fazlites are not high end - they might be good guides, but they are below Alconite, and just a rebranded aluminium oxide guide. Cut the crap and just do what you’re good at.

Thomas you nailed that product review. You should do commercials. Also, are the Shimano rods fast tapers? More specifically, are the longer 7'5 versions a little more forgiving? Thinking of using one as a braid rod, but definitely want more bend towards the handle to keep me from tearing hooks.
