As usual, I appreciate you for sacrificing a cheat day and the roof of your mouth to try out new products, rather than going down the usual pizza and donuts route. Me, I’m just so surprised that the low sugar, high protein cereal actually tastes good I can barely comment on anything of the other items. That came right out of the blue. And speaking of blue, on a scale of blue blooded royalty to makes me feel blue, I can say that I’ll rank the blue icecream above the blue milk. Not the best, but maybe a once in a blue moon purchase.

Ghost protein cereal tastes ok, definitely not for the everyday person though because they literally turn into powder when you chew them but for people dieting and wanting cereal in the morning with either almond milk or water mixed with whey protein as milk it'll do. I use it for ninja creami mix ins or toppings for my yogurt bowls mostly, but they do scratch that itch for cereal honestly

I get bloodwork done regularly but posting it would not be entertaining. I balance out the calories every week so I don't gain weight.
