What I fear is people will get used to buying the item, contributing to a win and inflating winrates because of the item. The nerfs are going to hit hard if that happens. And then gg KR

No need to worry. Kaenic Rookern is a situational item so I think the player cannot abuse it. That's why they didn't change its effect with its PC counterpart.
