The devs stated themselves that oct is not expensive enough to make so they will convert pen debo to nov. They also said that they want to make the progression feel easier. I am sure that Nov to dec will be under 10k crons at around 5% success rate at 300+ fs. Not to state the fact that it will not downgrade.People hate just for the sake of hating.
