well people FOGET that they needed to wait so Anime/Manga could give as much info about the character itelf before putting it in the game.They chouldnt jst go oh its hype time and no care if Character in anime/manga shown just 1 or 2 things and be like hey we dont care we will just use the hype train,put the character in and then eigher just restrict teh canracter with that 1/2 jutsus and rest be soem ninja tools or random jutsus that the caracter dont even use/have in the anime/manga OR be smarter and wait as long as possible so thta more and more info and stuff gets revieled by anime/manga.
