as some one who has 6500 trophy with him in nulls brawl(privet server where everything is free and it's online) he is really broken, you can literally 1v3 enemies with that healing and gadget and star power, his super is pretty good , i usually use it to avoid dmg,and he is not like better mortis , he is somthing like bibi mortis and edgar , somthing in between
