New Kia Sportage Hybrid/PHEV (Facelift for 2025): What to expect?

Kia could look at overall improvements for the Sportage family. I quite like the new Sorento-inspired front-end.

I hope that the new redesign of the Kia Sportage will soon come to Europe as an HEV version. It looks nice. I hope that new colors will also be available, the current red metallic Infra Red is already sold from the Sportage IV model, as well as blue metallic. It is best for customers to offer one global version of the car, not to sell an overpriced smaller car for Europe with lower performance and at a higher price than elsewhere in the world. The wrong path of the Kia car company, which angers customers.

I am worried that the refresh will actually detract from the looks of the Sportage. But there are more than a few things they can do to improve the car, like removing the piano black and maybe working on more knobs with the controls. Otherwise the current version is super nice already!

Present Kia Sportage has really special front look, but I am in doubt that I like this X-look (even though it is very special and easily recognized on the road), I am more fan of new Sorento, vertical head lights! Hope that Kia will stick to this design in Sportage 2025.

Hello Steven! As specified in the title and intro, the video is a list of expectations from the new Sportage, based on the Kia's new design language, their recent facelifts, HMG's in-cabin tech, and what we've seen change on the Tucson for MY2025 (the Tucson and Sportage are almost identical in hybrid powertrain specs). We've also used spy shots to construct the look of the new Sportage in the renders. We'll be sure to make another video once we have further details on the new Sportage project. Thank you!
