Wow. That was uncomfortable. I respect Donnie for trying to save this interview, but then even he got pissed off. She probably got an earful, when it was over. The main problem is she asked yes or no questions, rather than more open-ended questions. The quickest way to get people to shut down conversation is close-ended questions. She also insinuated that they were too old and had nothing better to do with her why questions. They felt disrespected. That's why they became irritated and confrontational. Maybe she was just nervous...all her talking is to justify her style. Just nerves, but I'm sure she's learned from this interview since then.

Oh Jon. He is so uncomfortable here. You can tell towards the end that he's starting to freak out, or maybe he was freaking out through the whole interview and was able to hold it together until the ending. But it's obvious here that he's having a hard time. You can see Joey next to him start watching him looking worried.

That was like watching a train wreck, you really shouldn't watch but you can't look away! It would be frustrating to get asked the same question over and over again. Joey's commentary and all of the faces they made was hilarious! Love them.

I know, I have now watched hours upon hours of interview videos and it is almost always these same cut and paste questions that are so bland. I know these guys could actually give a great interview after watching the stuff that they have done on the cruise. Just ask a pretty open ended though provoking question of them and god you could get great material. Lance Bass I think has done the best interview of Jon btw because he doesn't ask boring shit.

So painful to watch and most 'old' questions have been answered so many times over the years. Jon's "WHO CARES"!! Anyway, well done boys for getting through it. Donnie, always the champion. Danny's tantrum and then Joey commenting on it haha!...such a funny interview watching them get pissed off and dying of boredom lol! I guess this is just what we like about nkotb - the realness.

I am a journalist and some of the questions were bad. As a reporter unless its something very very important you know when to drop something. She didn't she kept on going at it. You also learn what more important questions to ask. You don't use an interview to push the story you want to neatly make. What's worse is that this isn't some small press junket this is the AP they are the cream of the crop when it comes to reporting, they set the bar. She was not a reflection of that here sadly.

I know that they had done tons of interviews that day but they really owed the reporter more respect. She was just trying to do her job. It sucks for the artists but it's just apart of the gig. Believe me when I tell you that journalists hate press junkits like this too. Most times they are sent out and could CARE LESS about the subjects they are interviewing. Good for Donnie for always being the one to step up and be a leader to the group. I've always admired his professionalism.

I became a fan when I was 13 yrs old and I'm 38 now, but not a fan like I was when I was younger. I remember I had every news article, magazine, literally every photo and every poster. Over 60,000 pictures/posters ect. Thank god I grew up...lmao, I can't imagine where my kid would have slept if I had kept all that shit. Anyway, I ended up giving it all to my friends when I was 17 in exchange for their money or them doing my chores lol

En resumen, la reportera hizo preguntas tontas que les han hecho por años, y ellos respondieron con sarcasmo (Jon) o con diplomacia (Donnie), otros se rieron (Jordan) y trataron de salvar la entrevista. Al final, Jon estaba comenzando a ponerse ansioso (recordemos sus episodios de ataques de pánico y ansiedad y cómo Joe lo mira preocupado cuando Jon comienza a secarse el sudor), Danny estaba un poco molesto y Jordan a trabajo aguantaba el tipo (Jordan tiene episodios de ansiedad como Jon pero a menor escala).

NKOTB are my absolute favourites!! I've always been a fan n nobody can EVER take that place. I WAS..... AM and WILL ALWAYS be a Jordan girl!! However, the only member I never liked was Danny. He pretty much had a free ride I feel. And he was always known to be a bit of bully n a rude guy. Even today, his response to the crazy fan ques was obnoxious. The other guys handled it well. Am glad Jordan took a stand for that woman. He'd better be thankful that we still love the group. And with Jordan before and now Joe n Donnie doing max singing....he just has to dance in the background. Jon also doesn't sing, but he's such a delight to watch n he's a damn nice guy as well. Danny Wood is an eyesore for me.
