The song was dedicated to the fans which was mostly girls back in the day. The million blessings were the fans.

This song came out in 1988. Jordan Knight can still hit that falsetto, even 35 years later. He's awesome.

Blows my mind how smooth his falsetto is, even now. ❤

The manager they had at the time, Maurice Starr, was the son of the head janitor at my high school in Deltona, Fl. His name was Mr. Johnson and he actually played in Ray Charles' band. He noticed a NKOTB poster hanging in my school locker, he said wait a minute. He came back and gave me his and his wife's phone number and said that she wanted to talk to my mom to have her call her. Three weeks later my mom, brother, and I were backstage. That is just the kind of people they were.

This was their first #1 hit. And yes, you interpreted the line perfectly.

This song was even played and made the top of the adult contemporary charts as well as the pop charts. Even my mom liked this song and she was in her 40's when it came out and I was 11 in the summer of 1988 when this came out. I remember hearing it while at the pool during the summer break.

It's not a heartbreak "don't want ya nomre" song, but check out the song "nomore games" It's a kiss my ass song to the critics and haters, after they got a lil' older and had more creative freedom!

NKOTB paved the way! No other band boy has ever been better IMO...in 2021 I went w/my bestie (at the time, not anymore) to Boston on the trip of a lifetime to see them (that's where they are from)...it was so awesome! I am 48 and had waited since I was 13 to do that trip! Donnie is my fave!

This was my first concert, I handed a rose to Joey and Donnie took it so I punched his foot. 5th row, kindergarten age. 😅😊
