Under the lift pump of ex120 is a 19mm nut. Open this and there is an inline filter. This may be were your issue is.

I reckon 8 knives wud still give u an in between chop length alan and perhaps give u a better blow aswell as the cylinder is not taking as big a gulp between each knife May also reduce the diesel bill Maybe an experiment for next year keep up the good work pauls a great man to have about

Spot on boys always enjoy watching your videos Alan you always seem fairly happy even when thing might not be going as they should regarding your hitachi a good practice to get into would be to drain the condensation out the bottom of the fuel tank before you start it each time there should be a drain tap on the tank you might have to push something up through it the first time probably blocked any way great video 👍
