Rough Ryder (SMKW), the Chinese made G2 ball bearing D2 (in most other cases) modern knife thing is so last decade! I'd like to see some inexpensive gravity knives.

Sleipnir’s open pivot is actually for a belt holster, not finger retention. It locks into a specially made belt buckle holster/sheath thing.

Odd for such a large blade they would go with a D2 steel. Even if it is CPM, D2 will chip before rolling, unless it's a really high temper, meaning lower on the hardness scale. It's a JNCO jeans pocket carry. 🤣

Reate Exo-u on way back for return. Seemed nice except I could not change the blade as shown on your earlier video or any other way short of using tools which I did not try.

You literally just pinch the spring and it has tabs. Probably the easiest blade change. As long as you don't over squeeze and let it fly or something. I mean the civivi knife you actually need a tool. And I've heard it doesn't hold well at all.

@@SMS2884 it is truly useless for me. I saw TC’s demo on KZbin. I fully understand how it was supposed to work. At around 80 with arthritis I cannot release the spring by hand, at least not enough to loose the tabs. It also looked like it would collect a lot of gunk around the spring if doing any sort of dirty job. It is on its way back, the complete package.
