@@mustaphaaghlaoui3821 there could be more than one thing. I don’t know the right answer. Be careful when you select your network to be private (allow printer sharing) and make sure SMB Protocol is installed on your PC.

All the settings are done from the web interface. That printer should have a similar settings page. Just look for ”adresses” on the configuration page.

On windows 11 i have a microsft account with pin and konica says " Failed to connect to server." when i setup directory with username and passw (not the pin), So i made a new local user administrator with its own password, and i've shared a new folder with it. Done a new config in konica. neither this functions. Do you have any suggestion? why did you signed the konica login password?

It should work with the password, not the PIN, even though you use the PIN to log in. I did not tested this on Windows 11, but I am going to soon.

I have configured 2 PC's with w11 , and it works. Make sure to check the SMB option , restart , and use the password that you use to log in ( the one from you're microsoft account ) .
