Yes , this is yet another great song and for me probably it's the greatest as it pertains to my one of the closest friends such as this Jerry Fernandes from Calangute. But since he hailed from Calangute he had adopted this name JERRY CAL in theatrical circles. And yes probably we were both at the same time in Taj Mahal Hotel in Bombay. While he had started in production side which is kitchen, I had started in service side which is in the restaurants side service. Many of the qualities such as working in our own paddy fields, football and singing and acting we both shared. While I didn't continue, he did continue and earned name for himself in this area and in his professional career. After our connection at TheTaj Mahal Hotel in Bombay we were again connected in Gulf as he was in Abu Dhabi while I was in Dubai probably again at the same time. Good coincidence again whereby I met him at Abu Dhabi Sheraton and visited his entire family on many occasions. I still remember his wife was also acting with him . Unfortunately she is not here today to celebrate their Golden Wedding Anniversary. May her soul rest in peace in heavenly abode. She must be watching from wherever she is. Myself and Jerry are still connected even today on WhatsApp and sometimes calling each other. I wish him all the best and take pride in all that he achieved and still achieving. I also appreciate Edwin D' Costa who is also my Facebook friend for composing many meaningful songs which are worth watching and listening. God bless us all.
