Im wondering how 25” tires along with a 3” suspension lift and 2” body lift would look on this. I’m about to pull the trigger. I’m torn between the camo and the orange but leaning towards black wheels and the camo. Nice machine. From my research you picked the perfect plow. Everything you picked, a turn signal package, remote start, that rear headache rack, and a bed extender would be my adds. They also have a nice rubber mat for that bed that I will look at getting.

@@jpdunamislodge All of the accessories you mentioned are nice. The only reason I wouldn’t do that for myself is because of the plow. The RTV handles just fine the way it is with the stock set up. I believe this lends itself best to the plow set up. But that’s the beautiful thing about these things. You can customize them for the reason to buy them and for individual tastes. Thanks.

I just had a great experience with purchasing a BOSS XT V Plow for my Mule Pro FXT. Two weeks ago I spec'd out what I wanted on the BOSS web site and they directed it to my local dealer 50 miles away, with a reply email that said if I didn't hear from the dealer in 3 days, let them know. I lost track of days and received a followup from BOSS a few days later later that said if you have not heard from your dealer, click here. The next morning I received a quote from the dealer that was well below what I was expecting, and a confirmation that he had everything in stock except for the mount for my machine, which he could order. I drove into town a few days later to pick it up, and was pleasantly surprised that he had also found the mount in his inventory. I elected to do all of the install myself and it has been a rewarding experience allowing me to see firsthand all of the engineering and features that went into the entire system. I only got stuck one time with the plumbing for the remote smart hitch2, so I called the dealer and in 15 seconds he walked me through which plug to remove from the valve body for the solenoid and where to run the line. As I was cleaning up tonight I found the missing instruction sheet and there it was, all of the information I needed without having to call. Very impressed with BOSS corporate and my local dealer, realize maybe my experience is different than some, but cannot wait to use this thing.

Maybe things have changed. Maybe you encountered a much better support network than what I did. I am glad everything worked out for you as well as it did. I was so relieved when my Boss purchasing experience finally concluded. I think it is a good product. Just the purchasing experience sucked! Looking forward to using mine in 2023, LOL.

Hey Charles. I'm installing a Boss on a Kubota. Any chance you could take a couple good pictures of how the undercarriage and how it's mounted. Seems there are two types available to order, and their installation instructions are horrible.

I, too, have the Kubota X1100c. Considering the Boss V plow. Could you provide more information regarding the Quick Hitch vs. the other alternative Kubota offers? Do you have a video demonstration of how the Quick Hitch works? Thanks.

Quick model number would be helpful as well. Thx.

How's the RTV and Boss plow working out also how much eas the total set up thank.

@@gordoncoyle8879 I absolutely love the combination. I could plow almost a foot of snow with it. It handles the plow incredibly well. I think the cost of the RTV and the Boss plow was around 26,000 combined.

Did you find a flaw in the routing of the hydraulic lines to the cylinders that control the scoop/v articulation? Haven’t plowed snow with mine yet but working the plow back and forth, immediately my hydraulic lines went into a pinch point on the spring that affixes the wing to the mounting plate. Trying to find ways to avoid this flaw becoming a broken hydro line on a frigid February morning.

I didn’t see or notice any hydraulic line problems when my scoop function or any function is activated on my plow. Sounds like your dealer might’ve made a mistake and the way they routed them. You can always look for a better routing yourself or show it to your dealer that would be my suggestion.

@@guntherflume7129 I had one of the first SVL 97's in my area. I waited about five months from the time I ordered my SVL until I received it. I ordered mine as soon as pricing was available for the SVL. Then Covid was going on. I was very fortunate to get my 97 when I did.

Congrats! You are very fortunate…. Similar to Gunther’s comment, I have also been waiting over a year for my 1100c and I live in the northeast. As of today, I do not have a delivery date……thanks for the overview!
