@@wegotussomemedicalwaste honestly yes the ysl has a coffee bean in it so it's very on the line of being gender neutral. I read an article a while back that fragrance used to be just fragrance and wasn't targeted towards man or woman. People just enjoyed the scent regardless

The bottle design for La Vie Est Belle has been around since the 1940’s. Lancôme kept the bottle in a vault for years until they found the fragrance they wanted to use it for :)

To me this is a very happy fragrance! The original is great of course but I know too many women who wear it. This one is so much fun and very versatile as well. Can imagine wearing it on spring/summer night out situations but also just for everyday in the autumn winter time, very cool

I almost bought it today but the lady talked me out of it, said she has it and after an hour it's very tiring/heavy on the skin. Went for my traditional poison instead. Wish I didn't listen to her now! Will probably get it at some point, it smelled absolutely divine.

I loved the original 1st la vie. Wore it to work, club, dinner ect. Always got compliments. Then my mom fell in love with it and wore it as much as I did. One night I was out getting drunk and I had it on. I felt uncomfortable lol I stopped wearing it after that. Just reminds me of mom now haha

I love the original la vie est belle and used to be unique until so many other ladies at work started wearing it. I felt that it was not unique no more🙈. I went to Macy's to try something else and didn't found anything better than la vie est belle but la vie est belle itself😉. U got me?? I took the La vie est belle Intensément instead of the original. I tried it on my son and now since morning I feel that i made a great choice whenever he sit next to me😀

I just received the travel size and so far I love it! Similar to the original but has a more spicier note with the pink pepper addition. I buy travel sizes first before I get the full size just to make sure I like the perfume. This is for the intensment

I don't know what I'm doing wrong but I never get comments on my fragrances- I have a very large collection and wear different ones all the time tend to put on 4 sprays for strong ones and 6-8 for most others - very light ones I may spray 8-10 - no one where I work has ever said anything whether they liked it or not - what am i doing wrong? I do not spray on clothes- maybe that's it?

Danyellow spray your clothes. No one may be able to smell you. I used to just spray my skin but when I spray on my skin and clothes I get more comments and compliments that way ♥️

Did they really need to make another intense version of this one though...? It was already one that gives me a bad allergic reaction if I smell it, so now they've come out with yet another one that's worse? Yikes. Don't get me wrong it smells nice, it's just too much. Love the smell. Found out it makes me react badly after purchasing it. It's so sad since it does smell nice.

It is, I'm from the Philippines w/c is a relatively hot country and it is great. It's very floral for the first hour and transfrorms to a very sweet flower the next few hours. It is very floral but a very sweet one, I'm 17 btw.
