Nice work GIS! 👍 Mummy Labrynth gets a new toy to play with! I remember hearing about Black Goat & thinking it would be everywhere but I haven’t seen it at all since it dropped I managed to get one from the pack so I think I need one more for my own Labrynth deck since being able to call a monster off limits can be very helpful (especially crucial starters or extenders) plus the effect negate bypasses targeting protection which keeps Impermanence & Veiler at bay. After the banlist drops & I dismantle a few cards, I’ll see if I have the extra UR to spare

It's not everywhere because it's too situational and easily played around. Example: GIS calls Bystial Druiswurm and then the opponent just chains it to summon. That can happen with any monster that has a quick effect.
