With the pmg I really just use a very tiny small amount and near the inner corner. I’ve seen a lot of tutorials and use a quarter of the amount youtubers usually put and adore it ! I use it in conjonction with the Armani one on my face for a no makeup makeup look ! Loved your recommandations !

Hello Diana! I really ought to give the PML concealer more of a chance. EVERYONE loves it. And, you're right, it's because you have to use SO very very little!

I agree. I tend to mix of layer different concealers so use PMG over a creamy corrector or concealer (works well with Trinny London BFF eye or Charlotte Tilbury corrector) but, and it's a big BUT, I use the tiniest amount of PMGin the corners. I have trouble with choosing colours online whichever concealer I try as find lighter colours make me look grey under the eye or others can be too dark/orange.

@@pams4401 oh Pam, I agree. Choosing concealer and foundation shades online is such a gamble. And concealer is even more confusing than foundation really as you’re trying to camouflage so it’s counterintuitive often!

Now we have makeup wardrobes and we analyze each product. I’m not sure if we’d even notice, years back, if our concealer creased. We figured that’s just what it did. Haha.

I don’t know if you have tried it, but the Benefit Boi-ing Cakeless Concealer that looks like a pencil is thin and good coverage. I am not a big fan of the pm concealer, because of the thickness. I have natural creases and everything creases, but the benefit does not crease on me.

UNITY!!! haha. Yes, then you'll really like the GA Power Fabric concealer. That's the thing with concealers....you kind of have to do "If you love this, you'll hate this" and vice versa. Just saying it conceals isn't enough info. It's ALL about texture. Haha.

Oh oh oh! Please report back on the Monseiur Big mascara. I think you will LOVE it. It's a classic for a reason. But it's definitely DRAMATIC so I'll be very curious to see if it's your cuppa tea! And, yes, this concealer gives you a nice amount, a good consistency and easy to wear all over or just in spots. It's good stuff. It really is. And, by the way, yesterday I saw, I think it was the new O/S concealer being hyped as medium coverage. I think it was that one and I thought, "Hmmm....guess I was wrong!" haha.

Medium coverage… hmmmm, but to conceal means to hide… and so the job of the product is to make something disappear from view, as in “it’s there, but it’s hidden.” Medium coverage makes the thing partially hidden?? I found La Prairie Skin Caviar Concealer Foundation SPF 15 in the back of a drawer (I have no idea how old it is but it is in different packaging to what is available now!) Anyway I gave it the ‘sniff test’ - it passed 🤣 then I gave it the ‘wear test’ & it held up! I am so proud of myself, I ‘shopped my stash’ & it was successful! 😆💕

Hi Rebecca, so happy you reviewed the new lancome concealer. My absolute holy grail concealer was the lancome maquicomplet concealer, it has recently been discontinued. I loved it because it was so hydrating and easily spreadable. Like you I prefer a liquidy consistency. Is the new one hydrating? I have very dry undereyes.

I haven't really tried an awful lot of concealers overall, but I do like the ones I've bought (which have mostly been from word of mouth and waching youtube recommendations etc). Of the ones you mentioned, I love the Dior Forever concealer, I love the Armani Powder Fabric. I HAVE the Clinique one but I haven't actually tried it yet lol, and I've recently ordered the Pat McGrath one so I'm still waiting for that one. Good news about Jones Road, I wonder if they'll end up in Selfridges, I'll be able to buy them if they do!

Now you get to hear the story. It was 7th grade art elective class. I was drawing, erasing, blowing away the eraser shavings, erasing a bit more, lowering my head to blow away the shavings, erasing more. you get the idea. And being the same klutz that I am now, I got my rhythm wrong and put my head down to blow as I was bringing the expertly sharpened pencil up and BAM, POKE...forever tattooed....not realizing you were too. I have dry under eyes. Any suggestions? I don’t have dark circles But, still need smoothness. I just returned the Armani Luminous Silk concealer. It did nothing for me, was way to thin. Now, maybe I should try the Armani Power concealer. Idk. Oh, I got the SG Fusion brushes. Ohhhhh boy HG! I remember you asking me if I got them. I like your review on these concealers. Hello Janice! OK. I have lots of thoughts for you. I sat here and pondered before I got back to you. My suggestion is two fold. That Nars color corrector makes the most LOVELY smooth surface. I actually wear one of the lightest shades (there are only four shades as it's concealer and not color corrector) as a concealer a lot of times It's luminous somehow and so smooth. If you need to cover any apricot tone to it, then something like the Armani Power Fabric concealer could easily layer over the top. I didn't like the luminous silk concealer either so don't worry. It's the product, not the brand! The PML is THICK and would just....no. I don't recommend that concealer for ya. No. The Armani Power Fabric on its own might be too thin for you but atop the Nars, I think it would work...or just the Nars if you're feeling lazy that day! And with the Fusion brushes to apply, you are SET! SET! SET!!!

But then, with all the bows, and since the female cows have horns, I'm thinking maybe it's a female cow. It's become the NotFitforPrintBeauty Cow but needs a REAL name. Maybe something that could go for a bull or a cow? Because I'm not sure! Haha. That Nars color corrector is INSANELY good. You know I often, because I'm lazy, just wear the lightest shade as a concealer. It kind of does both jobs at once and is SO moisturizing and radiant and I love the wand. It didn't even BELONG in a concealer video but I felt I was leaving it out somehow. A loyalty. haha.

Idk...im still using the Fenty Beauty Bright Eye Fix and it doesn't crease on me one bit. Funny...Lancome concealer was my first high end luxe purchase when I was a teen at Nordstrom's. I no longer feel like Lancome is high end after buying Chanel, Givenchy, Guerlain. And I cannot use Lancome's skin care or perfume...always gives me a rash 😲

OMG great video thank you! Very very informative! I use and love the power fabric but I find the shade 3.5 is a bit too yellow for me. I always like a slightly more pinkish undertone. Would you recommend another shade eventually? Also... really want to try the new Lancôme but shade names are totally different in France I don’t know what they do that... so once again I am struggling to choose and find a light+/medium- pinkish undertone shade. At last... also want to try the nars corrector. Is it as thin as the power fabric? Hello Marie!!! Yes, the Nars corrector is as thin as the Armani Power Fabric but it glides on the skin like nothing I've ever seen. I can't say enough good things about that Nars corrector and, yes, I often use the lightest shade with no other concealer over the top. BUT it's a tad bit warm so I worry you won't like it just on its own as you're looking for something cooler. Regarding the Armani Power Fabric, I have so many shades of that thing. I don't even know what it is when I grab it. I think the one that's at the top of my drawer lately is shade 5 but I've also used, like you, the 3.5 and even the 3! I know that sounds crazy but the differences between those shades are so minute. And it's honestly impossible to tell online, which makes it so difficult. The Lancome is easier to tell online and I really really like that one. Oh no, the shades on it are different? UGH!!! Because the lighter version I use is that nice cool pink shade that you're looking for. Darn it. Hmmm...We need to think on this one.

As for Jones Road....my GUESS is that they have secured a warehouse in the UK and can ship from online orders there more easily with no tariffs and such. But that is just a guess. Likely the Pat McGrath as long as you use it sparingly. It's the highest coverage in my opinion. I just have trouble using it sparingly! I'm heavy handed. OH! And for blemishes, see my review of the new Kevyn Aucoin Sensual Skin Enhancer. Talk about covering blemishes!!!! That's the one.

I loved this concealer review! I was using YSL Touche Eclat under my eyes, and everyone commented on how I didn’t have wrinkles. That was a few years back, and I’m now 60 years old. I don’t have too many wrinkles for my age, but I certainly don’t want to use anything that might make me look older, if you know what I mean!😉 I like hydrating products for my mature skin. I also like radiance. Also, dark circles are not really an issue with me, but I like anything that brightens the eye area. Any suggestions?

Ohhhhh Leslea! The Touché Eclat is famous for a reason. I love that stuff!!!! I love the Nars color corrector. I’m telling you. It’s so so so good. Smoothing. Conceals. I even wear the lightest shade sometimes with no regular concealer over the top. I think you’d love it for brightening! 💕

I hated this concealer. It was too heavy. But, the worst thing about the product is the 1/2 doe foot. It pulls out way more product than you need. Because the wand is overloaded, when you put it back in the container it spills out over the container wasting the product and wasting money
