Stopped by Burlington yesterday and 3/4 of their entire inventory was Asad and Zanzibar .. like 15 bottles of each !

Over here in Orange County CA Burlington and other stores similar to it like tjmaxx etc have a bunch. I got black and blue asad, ramz silver and gold, khamrah, suqraat, and a bunch more. They have lots of female lattaffa scents too

Been waiting for this review Ash. I was underwhelmed with Zanzibar but this one sounds more my speed. A mix of Scandal Absolu and Bad Boy seems like a killer combo! But I might wait until the price goes down on this one.

You should let it macerate for about a month and check again. My Zanzibar was pure pepper, almost threw it away...now after a month the pepper is almost gone and it's very tropical.

My bottle of Zanzibar smells a lot nicer now than it did when I got it. Pretty much every mid east clone I ever bought smells better the longer it sits on the shelf than it did straight out of the box.

You know perfumery nowadays is based mostly on synthetic molecules, notes are just combinations or accords of such. Natural oil perfumery is so rare, even in niche fragrances.

The bottle is in cased in plastic. The reason I know is because my bottle of Asad completely separated! Yeah glass bottle pulled out of the plastic casing so there's that lol

That’s not true at all. I had Layton, but bought bharara blue and liked it better than the original so I sold Layton. I also had Tuscan leather, but liked rasasi la yugawam better so I sold Tuscan leather.
