I’m confused with the color description as well. I’ve seen several people show this color and it is not rooted. One person told me it was a very dark blonde and that it was much darker than creamy blonde, but it is looking almost like biscuit in this video which I love. I love dimensional unrooted blonde. Have you ever tried creamy blonde and how would you compare it to this?

Hi Chrissy! I’m glad I’m not the only one confused. I’m like, well, it says it’s rooted, but I don’t see it. But what I said about the inside cap is true, typically unrooted has the cream color inside cap. Still confused! I haven’t ever had the Creamy Blonde to compare with, but you’re absolutely right about this being like the color Biscuit. 😊
