@@cutecat0000 BTW, Merlin is also a big culprit. Their construction quality is as poor as it gets. My friends who have brought Merlin properties are now fuming. Waste Bengal e ebar ei dhop er chop builder gulo aste aste bankrupt hoye jaabe. RERA is very strinct, ora charbe na. Best is thus to buy resale apartments from TATA, Unitech, DLF, Ambuja, DLF and Shrachi to minimize risks
