New Weapon idea. Kunai and Chain (a light weapon) By Daniel Wallace Focus: drag your opponents close with ranged moves into “katars/sword” light style kit. Ground Kit Neutral Light. You use the kunai to make a quick horizontal slash across followed by a quick vertical slash if you hit. Side Light. You whirl the kunai in front of you (on the chain) with a forward hit box (like a slightly bigger blaster neutral light) should combo into aerial moves. Because of this it should place the opponent in the air. Down Light. You swing the kunai near the ground at a range in between blasters sidelight and sword down light. On a hit you pull the legend right next to you, this should be a combo starting tool. Aerial Kit Recovery. You spin the kunai around you, it might look kind of like a mix of sword and orb recovery. At the end of the recovery if you have hit a legend you do a final spin firing the legend directly up Ground Pound. You spin the kunai around you like a fast short ranged axe ground pound on a hit you pull them below you and kick them directly down. This should be able to kill at a slightly better damage then unarmed ground pound. Neutral Air. You let out the kunai in a quick arcing slash above you. The hit box should just be the kunia, as such it should not hit stacked. For reference it should be like a quick light version of axe neutral air. Side Air. You spin once before you launch the kunai in a blasters side air ranged attack. If you hit you pull the legend in. The hit box on this move should be relatively small. This should be a combo starter. Down Air. You do a slash starting in front and quickly slicing below. Combo ideas. True Combo: Down light, nlight, (dodge window), sidelight. Combo: Sidelight, (dodge window), jump, Sair. True Combo: Sair, Dair. Note: I love the idea of pulling enemies into close range combos. Personally this is how I would tackle the idea, but you could add active input for example.
