The past update 16.0.336 made my tablet heat a little bit more and drains battery faster than before can i revert it back to older version or this new update helps?

I have the Y700 (2023). It's a Chinese ROM, and version 16.0.617 - is this a version I should be messing around with, or is it a bad idea? I would prefer a Global ROM.

Did ur battery drain faster than before? We have the same from china to global rom

I just put the gloval rom to the tablet but it stays in the part of aranque I press start and it only restarts t comes out the command menu that should be 🥲

I'm not sure what you mean, send me a message in the Facebook support group. I don't want to offend you as a dyslexic person, my self. But I think there are some spelling mistakes, maybe ? I use the language tool Chrome extension. I could not live without it. Again no offence 🙂

I got the update notification on my japan version. Does this mean i can flash the global version now?

I still think there is an issue after version 774. The device is region locked to stop flashing of other versions. The china version has to by law have all sorts of funky apps on that can be used to identity people. It's to stop people doing what I've done and flashing the official l global ROM. It's still worth checking on XDA for more information.

@@core-computinglab just yesterday i update the latest one, i didn't know there was Japan one, i though its only like CN Rom, CN version and Global rom. Although i bought global rom, didn't know they known as fake global rom. after using the software, finally able to update the version and finally i have the performance and pc mode on same as this title on this video. PS. for now from what i see on xda, CN = chinese rom, Nec = Japan rom and lastly Global rom = ROW rom. btw row mean rest of world from xda

What version are you on ? Have you ever unlocked your bootloader ?

check on XDA to see if others have had the same issue you may need to update it with adb or .zip
