I just went a week straight of workouts and working so hard and then yesterday and today my body has been so sore it’s been hard to walk so yes I’ve been working on things at home and tbh I have a really hard time taking breaks and I’m really bad at allowing myself to rest so I gotta do it. It’s not possible to go hard for too long without taking breaks. I need to move to get away from a karmic Roomate and yes I have blocked out a four year on and off again relationship as well as every man who has been inconsistent in regards to love with me. I’m a Leo so a lot of heart and I really don’t have anyone pouring into me atm which I accept but it’s certainly a lot more difficult to do the parts of my business that are “not my forte”
