Until the age of 26, Shahriyar’s life was no different from the life of an ordinary Iranian - studying at the university, moving and first job in Tehran, communicating with tourists.
One day he realizes that he wants to study foreign languages in order to experience an unfamiliar culture.
Having abandoned everything, Shahriyar begins preparing for the entrance exams. From that moment on, his love for foreign languages did not leave him. And the Russian language begins to play the main role in life.
Moving to Russia becomes a bright event for him and only strengthens his passion for the Russian language.
Following his dream of living among foreigners, Shahriyar learned to accept all unforeseen turns of fate with lively interest and excitement.
Moving from Iran to Russia was not just a change of residence for our hero, but also the beginning of a new path to a dream, full of discoveries, adventures and love for the language and culture of the new homeland.
We spoke with Shahryar about life in Iran, moving to Russia, cultural differences and his life in Nizhny Novgorod.
