I have that same light above my Rasson. The way it illuminates your table is much better on video. I’m very happy with mine.

I got to play under one of those lights once ( don't recall exactly where ...may have been an upscale hotel bar . ) and the lighting on the table was spectacular . Bright without undue glare and full coverage of the table without distracting shadows under the rails . I absolutely LOVE the diffuse lighting from Diamond fixtures around where I usually play , but this was head and shoulders better . GREAT new sponsor , Josh !!

I love playing on the new light.. it's such a difference

I got the Perimeter Billiard light last year. Right before they added the dimmer option. They are little less than half the Predator perimeter light. There's also Lite-System which also has a curved edge option. A perimeter light is a must have if you are really serious about playing.

I installed one of these about a year ago, and am really happy with it. I didn't notice any light leaks in the corners in your video, and a lot of other videos mentioned methods to solve them. But, like you said, you don't really notice them unless you're looking at the light. I think it only took me an hour or so, so maybe less beer, more light hangin.

Lol... we were also filming it. That makes it take a bit longer!

All you need now is a overhead camera to get that view of the full table from directly above, I think that’d be an awesome angle to your arsenal for your future videos

I love the new light, but here’s the issue I keep fighting - the nicer I get things at the home table the more I feel disconnected on local equipment. I think the lighting is something I would prefer to stay more “basic” on because it’s an element that can really mess with your eyes when you go back to your typical overhead lighting. Keep grinding man! Love the channel
@Amateur_Pool9 ай бұрын
Thanks, man.. i understand what your saying, but here's my thinking.. you learn your stroke under the best possible conditions.. then, when you're stroke is right, you can adjust for lesser equipment
@josephallen80459 ай бұрын
@@Amateur_Poolno question there. I feel like the practice still translates just fine, I think maybe more than anything it’s just that initial mental let down of the junky equipment like man I’d love to be on a better table playing this game. lol

You got this for free!? I bought this light (9ft) last May and it is an absolute dream! Make sure you place it up nice and high, this light is NO JOKE. I've had to raise it up higher twice

@@Amateur_Pool You lucky son-of-a-gun! I think I paid 650 for the light and another 250 for someone off task rabbit to install it...because after the first 15 minutes of assembly, I was like, screw this noise lol. Outstanding light, even paying full price, 100% worth the money.
