4yr college degree is the biggest money scam ever. Unless you going into law, med school, anything with STEM, or to be an educator yourself. If your goal is to make money learn a trade. You will never be out of work. If you get laid off just work for yourself. People will always need car maintenance, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry work done.

I Received a sociology degree and graduated with high grades and used it as a springboard into law school. I knew I was not a great test taker, so I used those grades to offset the low LSAT scores. You must know how to utilize those types of degrees.

The biggest problem for many of us is that supply and prices of rental homes are so limited and expensive that it is difficult to save towards buying a home. I hope that the leasing market cools off, just outrageous, many of us are paying 50% of our monthly income only in rent. There is no way to accumulate capital and wealth with this market.

The reason why its so expensive is because they are expecting two incomes. Because we have shifted from only men working and having high paying jobs to both men and women, these companies expect people to be married and have two incomes. Once you do the math with two incomes the overall household income spent on housing equals out to 30% or less of total income yearly.

Bank of America is offering this now because home loan applications have dropped drastically in this increasing interest rate environment. Their program is going to hurt homeowners on the back end. The program will be a double edge sword. People will get in these 100 percent loans and the market will crash and they will be trapped for a decade in a high rate and upside down mortgage. When the rates drop they will not be able to refi to a mortgage with a lower rate because they won't have 20% equity so they will need mortgage insurance. This is chess not checkers. I hope people will be realistic about their finances.

Exactly...BofA had plenty of time to implement a program like this. This program could devesate a family that is overpaying for a house(in today's market) with 0 money down on a high interest rate loan...be very careful

Unless "we" are all going to start homeschooling our kids, let's remember that we need people working in jobs like education. Those jobs aren't the highest paid, but they're meaningful and they ALL require college degrees. You don't need a $100k degree, but you will still likely acrue debt.

However, when you consider how they will disrupt energy, artificial intelligence and autonomy, it becomes pretty clear they have no real equal. With > 50% top line revenue growth and increasing margins unlike any company before it forecasted over the next 10 years, if they continue to execute, they will be the largest company in the world by market cap. They are already the 6th largest by market cap and they really are just at the beginning of the runway.

This could actually be a good time to buy more of your high conviction stocks or crypto on a discount. Wealth is created during bear markets, not bull markets. If your portfolio is really effecting your mental health then delete the app and go for a walk. Let the market do its thing and have a long time horizon. It may be a disaster because of property value and future lending practices. The government has a pressure cooker mentality (“keep the hungry isolated and they’ll eat each other”). This process is practiced in the military within this country and others. I’m trying not sow too much discouragement, but I don’t trust any plan They have for us, because of historic and present events. I respect if you agree or disagree.
