I really like this Loewe bag. I like that it can be adjusted to a top handle and can be worn over the arm.

Good design. The Loewe bag looks more comfortable and is more sophisticated. The Chanel 22 is a very contemporary unfussy pared-down look. I quite like that look rather than the very stitched-up flap bags.

Actually it looks like Loewe said in their board room, "Let's make 'that' bag that Chanel should've made. An upscale hobo bag that is better than any other hobo bag ever made." It looks good to me. And that's saying a lot, because I haven't seen anything from any brand that has peeked my interest in years (not including Hermes of course). The Bottega bag looks like what a homeless would tie a rag to put their belongings in. 🤨

I went to try on the squeeze in store the other day! It’s really lovely but it didn’t fully speak to me, not enough to pull the trigger anyway. The handle is like a stress ball so that’s useful 😂 but I felt like it might end up rolling off my shoulder and possibly being cumbersome. Can’t argue that the leather is beautiful though! I think I would rather go for the flamenco bag personally. Also, side note, the Givenchy Voyou is a super soft and effortlessly cool slouchy bag - definitely a contender in the world of hobos

I also think the Loewe looks much better than the Channel 22. I just cannot entertain Channel until they correct their craftsmanship! Also aesthetically the Loewe is nicer ❤ your Trim 35 is perfect! You looked so lovely! That lip and eye color were so pretty 💕

I totally agree with you, the Loewe bag is much better looking and looks good quality. The 22 bag is terrible, very ugly and cheap looking. I don’t like hobo bag much, but even I am interested. I love the gold/tan and pink colours. Thanks for another great topic! ❤️❤️

I came to the conclusion that I’m glad I’m not sucked into the hype of the Chanel 22. Initially I love the bag because its a more gender fluid bag than most of the over decorated seasonal bags that Chanel released. But that is also why I’m drawn to Chanel because its anything but boring looking although there are heavy handed designs of their bags. But with the Loewe squeeze, it kinda addressed the issues of the 22 that for me looks too perfect. The purpose of a hobo bag is its laid back appeal. I think the the squeeze bag was way over thought in design as other successful Loewe bags are. They are bags that stand out because much thought process was made to create the perfect bag. In the old puzzle bag design I understand why but for this hobo bag, I just think its too much design that it ruins the purpose of a relaxed looking bag.

ThecLoewe bag is hideous, and the Chanel 22 in person is actually beautiful, and the leather does feels amazing. It’s also a timeless classic because it’s just a tote bag or hobo which both are classics and timeless. Also, just because two or three people on KZbin have problems with their bags to say a lot of people is actually ridiculous when they sell thousands of these bags
