I absolutely love this bag! It’s the perfect crossbody and hobo IMO. The canvas is thicker and very supple so I’m not worried about cracking. If my speedy B hasn’t cracked yet with its thinner, rougher canvas… this one won’t either. Plus LV stand by its craftsmanship and will replace it if anything goes wrong.

I bought this bag for myself right before Christmas and it’s still in the orange box as I’m not sure if I want to keep it. I have at least 20 LVs and this one might be the most expensive ($3,000.00 with tax.). I’m concerned about the canvas cracking too and the leather loops that the rings and chain connect too on top becoming stretched out. LV will not fix or replace any of the canvas on its bags no matter how much you’ve paid for it. This is the BEST most informative video I’ve seen on KZbin. Thank you for not acting childish. I actually watched all the way through! 😊

Thank you. I’m glad you found it helpful. I think the bag is gorgeous. If you wear it mostly crossbody, then I don’t think you will have an issue. However, when I tried it on as a shoulder bag, that’s when I would want to squish it down into that slouchy hobo look. I was a little concerned about how the canvas would wear then and didn’t love how it looked. Sadly, I returned it but I am hoping LV will bring out another style with similar colors.

For a long time, as Chanel prices have risen, I no longer thought I could afford it. I think I would be happy to have a HIDUPZ as a travel bag that I don't have to take care of. By the way, I'm sure no one would have a hard time telling the difference. Thanks for the comparison.

I have this bag and I have been wearing it for a few weeks. I actually love it. I have no issues with it. A great addition to my collection. I also have the Coussin bag and I can use that gold chain strap if I want to change it. If you are not happy with the bag you should return it. LV won’t mind because there are so many people that want to buy it and they have no more.😊

I have it and will say that it grew on me. It honestly looks great on you. I get what you're sayin about it being a fussy bag though in terms of having it slouch just right, but I still really love the overall look of the bag. My zippers are smooth though, so you might wantf to investigate that. However, when I use the chain strap. since it's short, it is difficult to zip and unzip while hanging on my shoulder. There isn't enough drop. Not an issue with the leather strap. Let us know what you decide. : )

Thanks for your feedback! I definitely like the bag better with the leather strap (either on the shoulder or crossbody). Having such a hard time zipping and unzipping is a problem though. If I end up keeping this bag, I will see if I can do an exchange.

@@handbaglove100 hope they get you another one. I do love the color combo and size. It's an easy going bag for sure, large like a tote, but love that it does zip up. I have also been really enjoying the pouch that came with it. The extra loop on the side of the bag is there to thread through the leather strap so it acts kinda like a strap holder. I thought that was a pretty cool idea, like built in strap storage!

I have it and was disappointed in the chain strap they could added a inch on each side . Other then that I love it and the more you ware it the better the shape becomes. You can also add the little extenders on each side to make the chain longer if you want.

@@lvlover72 Yes, the chain length is a totally misstep on LV’s part! Good idea about adding something to lengthen the chain. I’m glad to hear that you like the bag otherwise. I do think I got a defective bag with a bad zipper though. Will need to exchange it if I end up keeping it.

Thank you for an informative video. I was on the fence of whether to keep it or not. Ended up returning it for some of the reasons you mentioned. Just wasn’t in love with it. Now, I’m almost wishing I had kept it. I purchased the Odeon MM Damier Ebenne when I returned it. Love the Odeon! Think the Loop Hobo would be a good bag for all seasons though. What did you decide?

I have the bag haven’t carried it yet. I like the stiffness because over time the leather will relax. It’s a cutie. Try having the chain on one side on the usual ring and the other side clipped on the lonely leather loop along the side of the bag. It makes the chain more visual. Be gentle attaching to the hoop. Let me know if that helps

Returned mine. Didn’t like the look of the 3 colors nor shape as I preferred it unzipped as well. I exchanged mine for the OTG mm very pretty and user friendly for work. ❤

I just purchased this bag, my mom has the new favorite chain that she never use and gave it to me, so she actually gave it to me and it’s longer than the one that came with the loop hobo, and it’s goes perfectly with the bag.

I like this bag and I agree that the zips are a bit of a struggle, it could be smoother. Is there a code inside like most original bag? Where is it? I bought mine in an LV shop in Prague last month on a holiday. Thanks for the review! 😊

LV stopped putting date codes in most of their bags starting last year. There’s a microchip embedded in the bag which the client advisors can scan to verify authenticity and when/where the bag was made. Thanks for watching! 💕

I agree that you have to fuss every time to get the bag to slouch. Also, they should have made the chain longer. I haven’t carried mine yet because I am not sure I am going to keep it. I have concerns that it may crack also. Hopefully that is covered by L V. It would interesting if you did a video on if you keep it and how it wear. You hit the nail on the head with every point. There are not a lot of videos out yet.

Yes, I am torn. I love the overall look of the bag but I need to make sure that I can live with how fussy it can be. It definitely is more fussy when worn on the shoulder with the chain and less so when worn on the shoulder or crossbody. I definitely need to exchange mine for one with a smoother zipper. How is the zipper on yours?

My zipper is fine, but I think I am going to return it. Just don’t love it like I thought I would. I even preorder it. Have to drive an hour and a half to return.

I decided to return mine. I just don’t love the way it looks when worn on the shoulder with the zipper undone. I love the colors and it’s ok when worn crossbody. I’m going to wait and see if LV comes out with another design with similar colors.

What a lovely bag. It’s a pity about the functionality issues but it does look fantastic worn any of the ways you showed. I’d be on the fence too but it is very beautiful. I really like the darker leather too. 🌺🌸 I don’t think I’d buy it personally though because of the concern for the canvas possibly creasing or cracking. And the cost seems rather high too for a higher maintenance bag. But oh how lovely it looks worn - repeating myself I know but it just looks stunning. 🤦🏻‍♀️
