I think the treated vachetta trim dresses it up and we don't have to worry about staining. I paired mine up with the monogram crossbody strap from the Pallas bb and can also use the vachetta strap from my Croissette. I use the slim wallet or the zipped pouch insert from the Felicie, so it doesn't take up much space. Expensive for what it is but love it!

Definitely worth the money. I have all three older TP 26, 19, and 15. They’re all very useful, but they made this new design nicely. I really like it. You don’t have to buy insert organizer and chain, and you can zip it easily. But this 15 seems smaller. They did excellent job. I would definitely buy it if I didn’t own the older version. People want to make the toiletry pouch a clutch or a bag, and they went ahead added some features to be used as a clutch or shoulder bag. Nicely done ✅

I have the new model with the black leather and it’s very solid (not floppy at all), except it has black leather lining and 4 card slots, with the large pocket. I have a preference to just carry mine under my arm without a strap.

The new design is meant as a handbag. The old design is meant as toiletries. I have the old design in all 3 sizes. And I do not use them since I have been using mini and medium handbags. All the pouches add weight to my handbags. I have bought the adaptive insert for toiletries 26. I do not like using it as it makes the bag heavy. And the hook adaptation is fiddly, I very much prefer the new design as it is meant to be carried.

So glad I got my TP 26 end of 2018. I wasn't planning on getting one, but the Internet had all kinds of speculations about discontinuation of this model, and for fear of missing out, I GOT ONE!. No, at current prices, I don't think it's worth it. And to this day, I still think TP has a handbag looks a little funny.

I really like the way it looks but I feel we lost a good toiletry pouch. To me this is now a clutch instead of a toiletry pouch. This is my first time hearing it had alcantra lining; that has really changed my mind about wanting this because I was using it as a toiletry bag and wanted to be able to wipe it down. I thought it was leather. I think it is a good buy because, yes, the cost for the old 26 is about $800 and the small one $600 but I only want the 26 and as an actual toiletry so I’m looking out now for good prices. I hope after they get their monies worth on this they will bring the toiletry back. LV thinks they have solved a problem but ppl will just continue to convert other things like the cosmetic pouch and Kiragami. I have to hurry and get that before LV remodels it or does a price increase. Thanks again! I think it goes great with the Carryall.

I have the Poche toilette NM mono gram with blacks sides and interior. I bought the bandouliere strap and it looks awesome. I have an insert but that little flap that sticks up always bothers me. It doesn’t look right. So I was really surprised and happy to see that LV came out with a new T26 with a chain and additional T15. However I am disappointed to see that the design is no different than when you put an insert in it with the zipper sticking up. Like why did LV add the hook to the zipper so the zipper sticks awkwardly up? It looks uneven in my opinion. You would think they would’ve come up with a better design. IMO. Nice bag either way tho. 👍🏼

I just got mine and the treated leather trim is darker than I expected. Also the red glazing is seems super shiny compared to the matte glazing on my other LVs. Is yours like this too? I’m not sure how I feel about it.

Hi. I’m sure you can probably convert the smaller toiletry. These days, you can find just about anything to make it work. I will say the toiletry on chain is a very nice size. I love everything about this new look, love the treated vachetta. I’m altho afraid that the weight of the bag and it’s content can put stress to the zipper end. I wish they put the hardware for attachment inside. Do you have the same concern? Esp that this is more structured than the original but also probably can make the pouch heavier as is.

I have the original toiletries in 15, 19, and 26. I did purchase this and then exchanged it for something else because aimere luxury came out with encasements for transforming the toiletries into handbags . For me, I think that it isn't worth it for my life style since I have already the 26 size . Love LV for listening and seeing what their consumers are doing and wanting, but the phasing out of the toiletries was a bummer to me and the price increases for these SLGs are ridiculous >.

@@claudiasclosetlifestyle oh and one more thing? I know you said it’s treated leather on the sides but do you still need to Apple guard it for water protection or is it already treated? Meaning is it treated to where there’s no water spots? And then the pull tabs are those treated too?

@@shawncap3089 I personally think this one is better because of its shape and size. Also, you can use other straps with it. The built in card slots are amazing. You won’t even need your recto verso. Lol. It definitely fits well though.

Toiletry pouch on a chain? I thought the whole reason people turned them into a purse was because they couldn’t also afford a bag so it was making it more versatile. But it’s a toiletry pouch?? I don’t get it?
