Pretty but if I’m going to pay $800k for a house it is not going to have cheap wire shelving and tub inserts. Closets and pantry have to have custom shelving and no carpet.

Honestly, this is an oversized storage unit beside a little water. The video has shown anything to match the price tag. They got the outside right, now they need to go back to the drawing board and redesign the inside. They're offices with more trim and better finishes than this. It's an honest critique. This is a joke for the price, do better.

For the asking price there should be a finished basement or at least the option for that. The bathrooms could have more original features, they are very plain. It's impressive upon entering, but then starts to become less.

you lost me at those white wire shelves in the closet. its my opinion that if the builder/developer is asking anything over $100k they need to take the time to finish the house. i dont even use those wire shelves in my rentals. atlanta want to hang out with the big boys but they keep falling short.

These houses look fabulous but they are cheaply built and cost a ton load of money. Seen one building in a conyers neighborhood went up so fast. Not real bricks are used. Siding that looks like bricks. Rip off.
