Will the coming hurricane lower home prices if there is damage to the area ?

We’ll have to see. My gut says no since the entire state is susceptible to hurricanes (obviously); however a direct hit from a Cat 4/5 and extended damage/outages would stunt demand which in the short term *could* affect pricing on quick move in homes
