I have both foundations and it’s so funny because I LOVE my LYS for everyday gorgeous serum like finish but if I want to do a full coverage look I have been reaching for the KVD foundation so when both were coming out with concealers I’m truly torn. I think LYS will win my next Sephora purchase because I love supporting that brand at Sephora !

I bought the kvd concealer in 173 which ended up being a little too dark, so I bought 152 and it's def too light. Mixing them however is perfect for our skin. Im your foundation twin, however I prefer a neutral undertone with my base.

Hi Chelsea! I think both concealers look beautiful. I love the way the KVD looks so hydrating and yet full coverage and has min creasing on you. The LYS concealer sounds amazing for everyday and I can’t wait for an update on how it wears without powder 💕

These look great! I'm definitely interested in the LYS Beauty concealer. It looks so blurred, seamless and natural. And the shades each looked better. I never really go for full glam so I don't have any need for a more full, bright concealer like the KVD. But I'm sure it's right up someone's alley.

Try the KVD one in shade 161. I wear the 060 foundation and 161 is a pretty good match, but maybe not as bright. But 161 will be a bit more yellow.

Im here for this, yes The lys packaging is beautiful i love it. Im on the fence especially since you posted Bobbi brown. Lol I will definitely get kvd I’m just waiting for ulta to sit them out. I want to see shades in person But im still going to order an lys as well. I will say that lys is filling in the hollow area under your eye better than kvd but i did see pruning of the skin under the lys eye because of the added powder. Thanks for the in depth review

I have heard others say that they love it that it looks good but by the end of the day the thing they notice is it sinks into their smile lines.. in my opinion it's beautiful and long-lasting on me it's quickly become my favorite and I just ordered a third bottle because j use it everyday I hope this helps I really love it because it's natural looks almost glowy but not overly and of course I can use products to make it more or less it's the perfect color match perfect undertone I have a golden undertone and with some foundations they are too yellow this isn't yellow so it's the perfect shade perfect finish I don't have to set it but it looks good with powder if I decide to and it's a perfect amount if coverage (I don't know ingredients but have heard that it's got skincare in which is a bonus to me) that's my findings personally i just ordered the lys concealer because the only product I didn't enjoy was the primer everything else I tried was amazing ( I have the setting powders Blush foundation and bronzer) .. sorry for long comment hope it helps

I did try Lys brand last year in spring 2021 (except for powder and bronzer), I can’t remember how long-lasting the foundation is and I return it soon as possible for the wrong shade match (this is the reason why I ask?). I will love to purchase again with a better match shade in tg6 because I have a golden undertone with normal skin. I hope you enjoy your concealer

I'm so happy you got these two concealers. I love the LYS products. But do you think that the do-foot applicators might splash on your clothes when its sticky coming out? I got one that's stickier coming out , The Lancôme one. This wont stop me tho. Just dress after makeup. lol

It drives me nuts on many concealers like Tarte's and Kosas', when you close the lid SOOOOO much product gets out around the cap which also can splash and it's a waste of product. I wish they would fix the packaging and just do a pump like the new NYX one for concealers
