Hey Kie, I know what you’re saying about the tiny knots. I bought a kinky curly unit from them with the tiny knots and the shedding caused a bald spot in the top, so you are right about reinforcing the knots. They also need to offer different sizes in the newer style of the cap construction. Apart from that my wig was gorgeous, the curls are always popping. Looking good sis. Oh my goodness!!! I should have watched your video before I ordered this wig. You were so on point! In less than 3 weeks the frontal on this wig had several bald spots. I was so disappointed. I have been in email contact with ISEE Hair but their customer service has taken me through a month of back and forth emails. Ugh, that sucks. Unfortunately, as wig wearers, we complained about brands offering more, but then realized it may not be what they offer but how it is offered. U know I did 🫣🤣. We thought we wanted tiny knots and bleaching because we didn't think about the degradation of the knots, but they are more brittle now. So they break easily 😞

This is my biggest issue with wigs I love wigs I love to change my style but it’s like I either have to stretch my glasses which can cause them to break because the caps don’t budge or glue a cap down and because I have glasses eventually the sides come up, so this is a really cool invention

Did u miss the part about the frontal? The frontal does shed a bit so be careful with tugging it too much. I suggested that reenforce the knots a bit more or use less bleach. It weakens the hair

I love watching your videos! I did however order this hair and it’s definitely not kinky curly it’s just curly. The M cap is great for us glasses girlies. I just couldn’t deal with the shedding my frontal area is damn near bald and my unit was thinner that yours for sure. Unfortunately because i washed it i couldn’t return it but it looks great on you!

I was waiting to see your review. Thank you for your honesty re the knots on the closure. I bought their last wig you reviewed with the bleached knots and oh boy, my closure was balding after the 2nd wash. I LOVE their hair, but that balding closure is a deal breaker.

Air drying the hair with the mousse or curl cream will leave the hair hard and curls crunchy (my take). Diffusing helps break up the product while keeping the curls intact and causing a slight shrinkage to them for more definition.

Well I waited nearly three weeks for this unit. I order the 22”. Pros, it comes in a very pretty packaging ,the lace blends in perfectly with my skin tone it just disappears no makeup/lace tint needed. The hair has beautiful curls once co washed and using Narobi/Curl Glaze(Kie’s suggestion). Cons the unit stinks, the frontal sheds uncontrollable. I mean it’s scary! I must have shed a entire bundle. It only got worser when I co washed it. Also the density is maybe 150. The cap is huge I had to sew it to fit but I do have a peanut head,lol! Overall I decided to just roll with it because it does look like my hair and the spiral curls the denman brush created are so darn cute! But first and last time ordering for this company.

Hey boo!! Everything you said was mentioned in my video, so I am disappointed they haven't fixed this yet. They need to do either or not both. The unit can not handle tiny knots AND bleach. I will say the wigs from this company are really nice, but the shedding for this one was due to the tiny knots and bleach. Not hair quality. We, the customers, think we want this, but to be honest, it isn't the best thing to have for longevity. Decrease the amount of product use on the lace and limit manipulation to extend the life of the unit.

They sent me a wig with overbleached knots that was balding. Had me pay for a closure ( frontal because they didn't have a closure) to fix it myself. Only gave me 1/2 price on it. I get the frontal and it's short in length and the lace is not hd ! It's some weird thick white lace. Horrible experience.

Did you just comment on facebook too? I'll say what I said there: Tammie Faulkner Taylor they wanted you to fix it? WOW smh. But i did mention the shedding in my video. Although nice, I stated the bleached AND tiny knots would not work well together because it would cause a lot of shedding. I also suggested they do ine or the other to fix the issue. I have worn my unit about 6 times and each time i get a little shedding from the frontal. Not so much the back. I do use the esha melt spray to adher the wig for a melted look, but glueless would be better to lessen the shedding. Additionally, low manipulation on this unit would be a must. I will add, I have never heard of them just sending a closure without them fixing it. I will discuss with my rep.

See i dont have those problems since me head is BIG lol. But most of these precut wigs are one size. Klaiyi and beauty forever have smaller caps. Brands with cap size (off top) S-M-L are myfristwig, hairvivi, hergivenhair, curlscurls, myqualityhair, wowafrican, idnhair, xrsbeauty to name some. They may not have precut options though.

I ordered from this company 10/28. And still don’t have a tracking number. I’ve tried to communicate with them and no one has returned my email. I even left a review on the site that they purposely did not post. Idk about this company. Seems that they are only shipping to influencers to increase sales with no product

Always check your spam folder. Additionally The order number is sent immediately when you order is placed. I ordered two wigs from them for a wig giveway. You may have had a typo in your email. That does happen. Also did you out your phone number? Leaving a comment may help, but they need the order nunber. Maybe they can search by name or number. So what does "m" cap mean and how is is different from other wigs?

I explain what the m cap is in the video. A standard lace or closure wig has the lace and regular oval shape cap. Not extra cuts in cap for shape of ear/precut lace etc.
