There's a new makeup brand at Dollar General called Believe Beauty and everything is $5 and under! I've received a lot of requests for this one so I'm showing a full, thorough review using a full face from this brand and conducting a 10 hour wear test. What is this brand like, honestly? I definitely agree that these products aren't meant for oily skin types. I have extremely dry skin and the face products held up well for me without breaking apart. Also the shadows didn't crease on me (I have dry eyelids also) but they did look faded by the 9 hour mark. Overall I was impressed by this line, with the exception of the primers...I didn't feel like they did anything.

I like that you gave this line a fair shot & also re-iterated that we're all individuals & what works or doesn't work for you may be the exact opposite for me. It's funny, I'm about to turn 60 next month & there's face make-up I can still out slick within 5 to 6 hours although not with the consistency that I did 20 to 30 years ago. The lines I have the most luck with? Drugstore brands. Go figure...

Ruthie Henderson I have the neutral eye palette and use a Mac paint pot as a primer and have had no creasing.. I love it!

@@peggys7585 same! I have the palette with purple in it... and use it with paint pot. no creasing and I'm a nurse working 12hr shifts! LOVE the eyebrows!! oh and I have combo skin.

One of the reasons I love her is because she says just because it didn't work for her, it may work for another person. I didn't see the creasing but I also am not much of a makeup wearer.

I bought the tinted moisturizer and when i wear it with a little setting powder it covers just as well as my foundation and lasts me all day! I am beyond impressed with it and can't wait to try more products. My store has a huge display and it had been hit hard! People are buying it up!

I watched Emily Noel‘s review on this, and went to my Dollar General in League City, Texas and purchased the nearly nude eyeshadow palette and the born to blush high tea blush color. I absolutely love them! I was shocked that they performed as well as they did. I didn’t have any creasing on my eyes with the eyeshadow palette, and although the blush didn’t wear well all day, it looked beautiful when I applied it and lasted for about six hours. I was just impressed that it is cruelty free, and the price point is amazing! I am going to buy a lipstick from that line, and probably another blush color and eyeshadow palette. I have normal skin, so I’m sure that is one of the reasons why this product works so well for me. I suggest you give them a try!

You might want to try the foundation and concealer without primer or setting spray. They might do better on bare skin. It could also affect how the contour and blush and highlighter performed

I picked up the blur powder to set my dry undereyes with a brush and it worked well for me. Blurred some fine lines and didn’t make me crepe looking. I also got the bronzer/blush/highlight trio palette and liked it. The highlight was iffy for me but the other 2 held up on my combo skin (normal cheeks, oily tzone). I don’t know how much more I would get but the 2 products I did get I was happy with. Thanks for the great review!

Loved the foundation. I mixed mine with the tinted moisturizer. I don't like a heavy foundation. Love the eyeshadows. Hated the concealer. Powder made my dry skin look bad. Over all, really good for mature dry skin, minus the powder and concealer.

I just got home from running some errands including a stop at DG looking for the Believe Beauty display. I picked up a bronzer, blush, highlighter, the nudes eyeshadow palette and a foundation brush. When I got home, here is your video review! I wish I picked up a lipstick or two. 😁. I got the trio pallet that had the bronzer blush and highlighter and I love it but it is very pigmented the highliter I was glowing in the dark and yes the blush does fade but I still love the pallet thank you I love watching you you make putting on eye shadow easy
