I think your review may have been the first Skin Silk video I’ve seen and after researching a bit more info, I gave it a try and I really like it! I’m oily but I don’t go for matte finishes and this makes the skin look very well moisturized. And a first for me: this is the first drugstore foundation EVER to NOT break me out!! Which is a big deal for me 🥹❤️ (my skin is also allergy-prone and acne-prone so this made me so happy)

Not really a Makeup Revolution fan, but I was able to swatch this in store, and the F1 shade was almost a spot on match, so I picked it up. So far, I've been enjoying it (I set it with the Hourglass loose powder). I wear Kosas 110N, MUFE 1N00, and Fenty 01 in the Ease Drops for reference if anyone else is a similar skin tone.

revolution eyeshadow palettes are actually really good, they have a bunch of different color stories to choose from and they are fairly cheap, at least in my country. definitely do try them sometime!

MUR makes an amazing cream bronzer and their new highlighter is stunning!!! i want to try this foundation, but i NEED to find out the shades undertones are, because i don’t want to buy the wrong shade. omg, i’m obsessed with the purple eyeshadow look!!! i’m soooo bummed that both palettes so fast before i could place my order, but i hope to get both of them someday. 💜💜💜

I actually love MUR stuff. They have an old Bart Simpson palette I use almost daily so much I bought a second one bc I hit pan on the white shade. Its not super pigmented but I kinda like that bc I'm not a pro. Depends I guess what your looking for. I always tend to order things from them in the UK and they come damaged so I've learned just to get their things from Ulta here in the US. Ty for the review, you look beautiful! )

I want to try this but omg the swatches are so bad!! I was thinking of going 8.5 because it looked warmer but I'm not much darker than you! That would be way too dark but the pics online make it look so much lighter! I'm glad I watched!

I would be happy to chime in here @brittnicbee-I bought the Relove serum foundation in the spring of last year, and it was gone by August I wore it daily, completely ignoring most of my other stash, I just liked it that much. I also got lots of compliments on my complexion during this time. But let me run my situation down; 52yrs old; mature, but normal skin; no real breakouts anymore,(menopause took care of that)-however my under eye area is the Sahara desert no matter how many creams/serums/slugging etc. etc. I have spent a small fortune trying to get that area to look better, and just decided it’s never going to be any better than what it is now 🙄 with that said, it’s good and it’s $5 US dollars🎉❤ I hope this helps. Oh, my shade was F4, it was a perfect match. And I do think I’m in a bit of a minority in that I’m a true neutral/neutral, I can wear both warm/yellow leaning shades, but also can wear pinkier, sometimes almost gray leaning shades(I know that sounds bad, but I believe anyone who plays much w/makeup will get it), lol. So I can get away w/more than the average bear shade-wise. If I am asked my preference tho, I prefer the cooler, pinkier gray tones than the warmer yellows on myself. BUY IT, $5 is a fairly inexpensive gamble 🤩💋💄❤️👏🏻

I agree, MR has more disappointing products than other drugstore products and more “ok” products than good ones. Their eyeshadows rarely impress me, especially if it’s a more expensive palette. Their complexion products tend to be better than eye products for me, but given the skill level drugstore has been at lately, I want Good, not OK.
