We have one, it seems to cut out super easily when moderately loaded! Almost like a grinder does when the battery is almost dead flat. Not sure if this is normal. Isn’t a heap of reviews out there yet

Check chain isn’t too tight? it is relying more on chain speed than torque to cut if the chains spinning and it’s not cutting without weight behind it, check the sharpness on your chain.
