I think they did a really good job this season, making a new map for resurgence and adding more HP, it really advantages skilled player, and not only the one who shot first.

Pretty weak season imo, at least for the multiplayer, only one remake map (showdown) and a part of the Vondel map was cut to be added as "new content". Also, I personally don't like Vondel as there are way more spots to camp than on Ashika Island.

As a Dutch person, i can say the layout is pretty much completely fictional, although some buildings are based on real life structures in Amsterdam. The roads dont exactly look like what you would expect in Amsterdam, they look kind of too modern. The exhibit is without a doubt based on the NEMO Science museum although with a more modern look and it seems to be that they yeeted the Amsterdam Centraal station into the map too.

I wish MW2 would have made multiplayer house or village raids like Clean House from MW2. Think about it, it would be like rainbow six siege to some extent. You could have 4 squads with the squad leader having a radio to communicate with other squad leaders and use different tactics. For example, in Clean House we see Bravo squad (Captain Price's) go in through the back and another squad go through the side door. The "defenders" would have access to portable cameras and deployable cover. What I'm basically describing is the "hostage" mode which felt like an R6 knock-off. When we learnt about raids before the launch of MW2 I was excited, later disappointed because I want a good PvE COD experience but I don't want to have to do extra steps to be able to launch it in the first place. Furthermore I wish stealth tactics where better in Warzone 2. The developers said that the main map would have changing weather which I assumed would mean rain, thunder, changes to the time of day. For example rain would affect driving and thunder would make it harder to aim when in a boat. In MW2019 I was disappointed to see rarely any night time modes and when we got the Halloween event where Verdansk was at night I was expecting NVG. Now when I say stealth tactics I don't mean using silencers and playing slowly, I mean using natural conditions to get the jump on opponents and cancel out certain playstyles. WZ2 feels like it would have been better if the Devs did what I pre-ordered £70 for, not the higher-ups at Activision.

Your idea sounds very cool, but you're just wishing for things that don't correlate with the COD Formula. It's an arcade shooter with a militarized aesthetic, it's more "tacticol" than simulation. Movement could be slower, animations and graphics could be as real as they can get, but cod will never be that milsim shooter that some people want. It's an unrealistic expectation. You should really look into these other games: Zero Hour, Ground Branch, Arma III, Insurgency Sandstorm
