Can you tell me from which site you downloaded Farlight 85? Because I downloaded it from Google Play Store, but the voice of the game character does not come out, someone tell me what to do

I downloaded the game from playstore... Download all the character resources and restart the game...or try uninstalling and reinstalling the game... thankyou for watching😊
