I'm assuming that's what he meant by saying they lowered it. They took out a few v-bucks from the regular battle pass page and instead put them in the bonus pages, which reduces the number of v-bucks in the regular battle pass, meaning you have to grind way more for the same number of v-bucks as before and I just don't feel good about that, personally.
