Something I wanted to test for a while now. How much Shield Energy & Recharge Rate do we get with a Maxed Typhon Robot, Boosters, Full Shield Pilot Skills and 3x FORTIFIER Module? The result is DEVASTATING to the enemy if you ask me. Bringing down this shield becomes almost impossible unless you provide a completely freakish amount of firepower or gang up on the Typhon. I may still personally favor the Overdrive Playstyle but I can definitely see some indestructable Typhons rolling out some time soon...

I think the issue with the sniper weapons like the pulsar is that if the sniper weapons do no damage no one plays them but if the sniper weapons do a lot of damage, people will use them as brawling weapons with the bonus of added range. to solve this problem, they should make a weapon that does more damage the farther you are away (like a reverse scourge)

4:46 last stand basically acts like an immunity to all effects. You can’t freeze, lock, suppress, damage, or heal a player during last stand. It makes the robot completely invulnerable. But as far as I know, it doesn’t actually *remove* effects. If you locked/suppressed someone right before their last stand triggered, they’d stay locked/suppressed.

I have the typhoon, it's maxed out. I do have 3x10 fortifiers. But, they're still level 1. This is by far my most favorite robot. I don't go into battles looking for trouble, I try to be friendly. Some other players look at me, shake they're head no, I shake my head no, and look for somebody else. The point of the game is to fight, butt sometimes, it's nice just to look around. Know what I mean?

It's better because someone can go through your shield if you have the big shield but if you have the small shield but in the small shield the shield is stick to you and no one can go through your shield

The whole point of any other bot’s shield is to protect teammates and add an extra layer of regenerative hp. The main reason typhon has a shield is to be a bit more protected against scorpions. The small shield gives them just enough time to turn around and lock the scorpion without losing half their hp in the process. Also, today I learned that sound cannon scorpions have like 100k+ dps. My 100-120k hp blitz died roughly instantly upon having a scorpion teleport behind me, so... yeah.

It's a good module. I use them on my Cerberus. Typhon only need a physical shield to be absolutely OP) I think that Shield breaker will perform better on this setup than the Phase shift

After watching the video i recommend the fortiflier version that make the typhon almost invincible. Like manni you said, the hawk barely could take down the typhon sheild using his lazer in the fortiflier version. Personally not recommend overdrive because only the sheild and the recharge provides the protection and its recharge is incrediblely fast so just maximize the sheild recharge and dominate the game.

Manni you saw that the shield protect tphon by any damage? Look at the 16:37, you dont take any damage by titan ability. I have tiphon to and i saw its work on blast wave from arthur to.

yup, it's happening, the Typhon robot is starting to break my leech, ravana, ares, scorpion, and even my titan. my whole hangar is a hangar that relies on its ability, and now that is gone, but I do feel like there are going to be nerfed, ut not for a while. Here are some nerfs i see coming 1. Decreased Speed 2. Decreased Health 3 Decreased Sheild Health 4. Ability Recharge Rate Increase 5. Decreased shield Recharge 6. EMP does not last as long I am not telling Pixonic to do this, but if they nerf, these are really the only things they can nerf, but they shouldn't. I guess there always has to be a robot that breaks the game.¯\_(ツ)_/¯

16:35 What the heck! The stove doesn't penetrate the shield? This must be a bug. May have been caused by making Typhon immune to splash damage while the shield is active? And I'd run the Typhon with Wasp and Overdrive to shoot Hawks out of the sky, while they are in their ability. Corrosion FTW.

After the release of the Typhon, with its small shield, ive began to wonder, could this small shield fix the old ares train problem? If you can't block damage for fellow ares then the train falls apart. Would having a smaller shield be a better solution than the lower speed or the shield breaker?

Manni i understand your opinion but my opinion is that the Leech with 4 Pulsars is a bit better ,because when you make a one vs one with the Typhone vs the Leech than the Leech drop the schild very fast and than he will make much more dmg if he has his Leech ability (maybe you think now "but i can use the ability " but i think that the Leech can also Faceshift ) ( you are a great youtuber , keep up what you are doing)

Manni I know you did this 1 year ago, but I would like to see a battleborn invader spawning into beacon with sonic weapons in beacon rush . I calculated and here's the result: 93% damage resistance and %66 suppresion ! This means when you jump, they do 6930 damage instead of 300.000. When a Hawk Flies simply counter heal. I also want to see your fenrir renaming 'The Beacon Beast'. ( I mean a fenrir with battleborns )

Even better for the atomizer version sam stone pilot with same pilot skills (jaeger regens shield pretty speedy (I have yet seen someone use sam stone on jaeger nucleon fortifiers which would also be op)) (edit: I would rather run fortifiers because more defence means can support more in combat suppression lockdown and anti-ability chances)

On my Cerberus, I use glacier cryo setup with a lockdown and suppressor drone chips. I annoy the HECK out of Arthur’s and I go through ao mings super quick. I can imagine 4x cryo on this thing with lockdowner and suppressor. Geez.

Another mistake people do fighting shielded bots is fire their firepower at once instead of alternatively firing their weapons one after the other... for example ,if the shield is at 3k health ,it doesn’t matter if u inflict 30k damage per shot at once( like that 3x storm Ravana)...all that 30k damage will be used to take down that 3k shield. u got to take down that 3k shield with one storm shot ,and then fire 2 other storms next to inflict real damage to the bot.

That is very true. But only when it's about dropping the shield and keeping it down. When it's about damaging the shield you can fire how you like. If you just want to bring it from 100% to 20% for example fast.

I just realized what the problem is with the drones that apply effects. Weapons that naturally apply an effect also apply the drone effect equally as fast. There are so many bugs that shouldn’t even exist, and they only exist because Pixonic *really* doesn’t know what the hell they’re doing.
